Kinky Curly Curling Custard – Curly Hair Routine

I love Kinky Curly Curling Custard as a one and done styling product because I’ve had issues with flaking when I pair this product with others.

It works well on it’s own as it provides sufficient hydration and hold for my 3b curly hair.

If you need more hold, you can pair it with a strong hold gel for longer lasting results. Try one of these curly girl method approved gels.

how I apply Kinky Curly Custard to my 3a 3b curly hair:

  1. Wash hair with sulfate free shampoo
  2. Deep Condition & rinse thoroughly
  3. On wet hair, apply Kinly Curly Curly Custard in sections
  4. Style with a Denman brush
  5. Scrunch
  6. Air Dry until gel cast forms
  7. Diffuse
  8. Scrunch Out the crunch

To refresh my 3b curly hair throughout the week, I reactivate this product with water and scrunch.

If I have some stubborn, undefined curls, I finger coil and air dry.

How To Apply Kinky Curly Custard On Wavy Hair (2a 2b 2c hair):

  1. Wash hair with sulfate free shampoo
  2. Deep Condition
  3. Use prayer hands to smooth KCCC on big sections of wet hair
  4. Gently scrunch hair
  5. Air Dry until gel cast forms

Remember the key to ensuring that your wash day results last for days is to protect your curly hair and wavy hair while you sleep and to have a good refresh day routine.

How To Finger Coiling with Kinky Curly Curling Custard:

Because KCCC provides so much slip, it is amazing to work with to finger coil your curly hair.

Steps To Finger Coil With Kinky Curly Curling Custard:

  1. Wash hair with sulfate free shampoo
  2. Deep Condition & rinse thoroughly
  3. On wet hair, smooth Kinly Curly Curly Custard all over

  5. Find in the direction of your curl in each section
  6. Twirl your hair around your finger
  7. Scrunch
